Honest self-assessment is critical for a safe trip. If you’ve never skied powder or are still mastering groomed runs, our Ski & Snowboard School is your starting point. If you can comfortably ski the runs at Black Diamond Resort and want to experience deep powder without hiking, choose a Powder Week. If you have specialized avalanche training, advanced fitness, and prior touring experience, you are ready for a Backcountry Expedition or Heli-Skiing. When you submit an inquiry, our specialists will always consult you to ensure you are in the correct group.

This is why you book a unified operator. We do not let weather ruin your holiday. If a major Himalayan storm cycle shuts down upper alpine access, we instantly activate our “Storm-Day Resilience” protocol. We deploy our private fleet of 4x4 vehicles and shift your group to the lower Babareshi or Drung valleys for world-class, sheltered tree-skiing until the weather clears.

Your international and domestic flights to Srinagar International Airport (SXR) are not included, as our guests travel from all over the world. However, from the moment you step out of the terminal in Srinagar, you’re in our ecosystem. All of our multi-day packages include private, winter-equipped 4x4 transfers directly from the airport up the mountain to your hotel in Gulmarg.

Standard holiday travel insurance explicitly excludes winter sports out-of-bounds. You must purchase a specialized policy that explicitly covers off-piste/backcountry skiing and emergency helicopter evacuation from a mountain at an altitude of at least 4,390 meters.

Everything, from your 5-star stay to your mountain guides and heli-drops, is consolidated into one clean, transparent invoice.

We recommend bringing your own perfectly fitted boots. If you’re joining a Backcountry Expedition, bringing your own trusted touring setup (skis/split board and skins) is highly advised. However, if you’re traveling light or joining a Powder Week or the Ski School, we have a premium fleet of specialized powder skis, snowboards, and mandatory avalanche safety equipment (beacons, shovels, and probes) available for rent directly through us.

Peak season inventory in Gulmarg, including elite guides, 5-star lodging, and 4x4 transport, is limited and booked months in advance, so standard package cancellations are subject to a strict tiered refund policy based on your arrival date. Once you consult with our team, you’ll receive a transparent breakdown of the deposit and cancellation terms before you pay your secure Razorpay invoice.
