Qayoom is fearless and cooperative and is a very experienced Ski Campaigner in Gulmarg. He has been teaching skiing in Gulmarg for the past 10 years. Quyoom has won many ski competitions in Gulmarg. He has also won a number of National Awards in Winter Sports. He has been in the Winter Industry for over 11 years. He is a Certified Ski Instructor in the Kashmir from Kashmir Association of Ski Instructors KASI Level 1, Indian Ski & Snowboard Certified Instructor, and Avalanche Control Level 1.
