Distance of the Apharwat Ski Run:

• Top to Base: The ski run from the summit of Mount Apharwat (around 4,390 meters or 14,403 feet) to the base at Gulmarg (around 2,650 meters or 8,694 feet) is approximately 5 to 7 kilometers (3 to 4.3 miles) depending on the route taken. The exact distance can vary depending on whether skiers stick to the groomed trails or venture off-piste.
• Vertical Descent: The run offers a vertical descent of upto, 2000 meters, making it one of the longest vertical drops accessible by ski lifts in Asia.
