1. All bookings will require payment of 60% of the total reservation cost.
2. Cancellations made 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
3. Cancellations made 10 days before the scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total paid amount.
4. Cancellations made after 10 days before the date of arrival or on the day of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
